Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order?

You can browse our collection of products by simply selecting categories from the drop-down menus at the top of your screen.  Alternatively you can shop for the same products in Luku Looks, where our designers have put together entire looks for your inspiration.

Once you have decided on a product, select a quantity and click “Add To Bag” to save it to your shopping bag.  You can review the contents of your shopping bag by clicking “Shopping Bag” at the top right of your screen.  You will also be able to change the quantity and remove items at any time.  When you are happy with the items you wish to purchase click on “Checkout” in your shopping bag.

At the checkout  you will be asked to sign in to your account.  If you are not an account holder you can then create an account to checkout.  We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as payment by PayPal.

You can then enter a delivery address of your choice, allowing you to send presents to loved ones as well as receiving your own deliveries at home or at work.

What are your office hours?

Our website is always open, but if you’d like to talk to us personally we are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.  If we are busy please leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I set up an account with you?

Simply click on the “Register” link at the top right of your screen and fill in your details.  Once registered you will have your own account page where you can manage your order history, delivery addresses and wishlist.  We also love to reward our account holders with exclusive promotions and offers;  just tick the box to sign up to our newsletter and opt-in to this promotional activity.

How do I get more information about one of your products?

Please get in touch with us by emailing info@lukuhome.com and describe exactly what you would like to know.  We’re always happy to give as much detail on our products as we can.

What can I do if a product is Out Of Stock?

You may find that some popular products are out of stock from time to time.  Should this happen then please contact us by email at info@lukuhome.com or by phone on 0118 348 3878.  We’ll be more than happy to give you an arrival date or to reserve an item for you.

Do you deliver on Saturday?

Some furniture and large or heavy items can be delivered on Saturdays.  Please ask our delivery team when they book the delivery date with you.

If you have specific delivery needs then please contact us and we’ll try to help in any way we can.

How soon can you deliver?

We always try to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Smaller items should be delivered within 3-5 working days.  Larger items and furniture are usually delivered within 2-4 weeks.  For “made to order” items there may be an additional lead time.

What if I’m not in when you deliver my order?

For all large, heavy or fragile items our delivery team will contact you and book a date that is convenient.

Smaller items under standard and medium rate delivery will be sent via Parcelforce or another carrier.  They’ll leave a calling card for you and either attempt re-delivery, or your parcel will be taken to your local postal depot for collection.

Do you bring furniture in when you deliver?

Yes. For extra large and heavy delivery items we use a specialist 2 Man delivery, and we’ll bring them in and place them in your room of choice.  For large delivery items we use a specialist 1 Man delivery, and we’ll bring them in and place them in a ground floor room of choice.  If you have specific delivery needs then please contact us and we’ll try to help in any way we can.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as payments via PayPal.

When will you debit my account?

Your account will be debited in full at the time of the order.

How can I use my Promotional Code?

Simply enter and apply your code in the “Discount Codes” section of your Shopping Bag.  You may only use one promotional code per order.
